Our standard hire terms are usually 2-3 days however, we are able to offer extended hire periods if required.

At the time of hire you will be required to agree to our Hire terms and Conditions.

A deposit will also be required to book the costume and the hire charge to be paid on the day of collection.

The booking deposit fee may vary on higher value costumes such as Big Head Mascots but generally the deposit fee matches the hire charge of the costume.

The holding deposit is refunded once the costume has been returned on the agreed date and checked in by a member of staff.

 

Please note that if a Hirer cancels the booking after the holding deposit has been paid a cancellation fee will apply only up to 48 hrs prior to the collection date, after this time there will be no refund,

If the Hirer has removed the costumes from the premises then no refund will be offered.

We have strict hygiene measures in place to keep our costumes fresh and clean at all times, each entire costume is cleaned, steamed and pressed between hires.
